Plc Programmer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PLC Programmer to join our automation team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, control panel testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support for industrial automation projects at site.

Preferred candidate profile

• ABB, Fanuc Robot integration & communication.s TIA Portal V19/V20, Rockwell Studi5000,Factory talk view, Mitsubishi GX & GT, Delta, or Schneider PLCs. .
• Design and develop HMI and SCADA applications.
• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).
• Commission automation systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and control panel-related issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, I/O lists, functional descriptions, and reports.
• Support control panel testing and validation activities.
• Coordinate with customers, project engineers, and panel design teams.
• Ensure project completion within schedule and quality standards.
• ABB, Fanuc Robot integration & communication.
• Vision System,RFID,Barcode Scanner communication & Program.
• Andon,LED Display communication.
• RS485,ethernet I/P,Profinet,CC-Link and other industrial communication.
