About this role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop reusable test components and utilities to improve automation efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
- Execute cross-browser testing across Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
- Automate API testing and validate backend integrations.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Analyze test execution results and generate test reports and quality metrics.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
