Job Summary We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Python and Playwright to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise applications, supporting business transformation through faster release cycles, reduced manual testing efforts, and improved test coverage across web and API layers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks for web and API testing using Python and Playwright.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects in a timely manner.
• Enhance existing automation scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Support the team in identifying and implementing best practices in QA automation.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Playwright for test automation.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web and API testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Salesforce automation.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain and regulatory compliance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
