Playwright automation

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Microsoft Playwright and TypeScript.
• Create robust test automation frameworks for web applications.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
• Maintain test documentation, test plans, and test cases.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Software Testing and Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Playwright.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in UI, API, and End-to-End testing.
• Knowledge of Git version control systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of test design techniques and defect management processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
