Playwright Automation Test Engineer | Selenium | C# | API Testing

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Playwright Automation Test Engineer with 4-7years of experience in Playwright, Selenium, CodedUI, C#, JavaScript, API Testing, and Database Testing. The candidate should have experience in BDD frameworks (SpecFlow/Cucumber), Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and preferably Retail domain expertise.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4to 7 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
• Hands-on expertise in Playwright Automation and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript.
• Experience in CodedUI automation development and maintenance.
• Proven experience in designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of BDD frameworks such as SpecFlow and Cucumber.
• Experience in API Testing using tools/frameworks such as Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in Database Testing and SQL queries.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements, create test strategies, and identify automation opportunities.
• Experience in Retail Domain projects is highly preferred.
