• 5+ years of handson experience in Playwright using JavaScript / TypeScript / Python
• Strong understanding of modern web architectures (SPA, microfrontends, REST APIs)
• Proven expertise in designing scalable, maintainable automation frameworks from scratch
• Handson experience with Playwright features such as autowaits, browser contexts, network interception, parallel execution, and headless testing
• Experience testing modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Strong experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Experience in API testing and validation alongside UI automation
• Ability to diagnose and eliminate flaky tests, stability issues, and environmentspecific failures
• Strong understanding of code quality, design patterns, and testability
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
• Ability to mentor junior automation engineers and perform code reviews

• Define and own automation strategy for web applications using Playwright
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Playwright automation frameworks
• Implement reliable automated regression, smoke, and sanity test suites
• Enable parallel execution and crossbrowser coverage
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
• Analyze failures, debug root causes, and improve overall test reliability
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams
• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentoring to teams
