Key Deliverables:
- Manage the operations and stability of environments, ensuring alignment with best practices and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process and procedural enhancements.
- Resolve incidents during scheduled upgrade activities and tasks to ensure minimal disruption.
- Assist in incident investigations and contribute to project management efforts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in platform, SaaS, and component solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Work with web technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server, OpenAM) and manage multi-platform environments (Windows, LINUX).
- Utilize ITIL standards and tools (ServiceNow) to address incidents and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with development teams and perform troubleshooting using scripting/programming tools such as Puppet, Powershell, PERL, .NET, Python, and UNIX Shell.
