We are looking for a Platform Product Delivery Manager to join IKEA Group Digital. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products within a platform subdomain, ensuring they are built and operated with quality, scalability, and business value in mind.

As a Platform Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of digital products from discovery and development to deployment and operations ensuring they deliver value to the business and our customers.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to secure alignment, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless delivery across teams and dependencies.

You will also play a key role in building strong, high-performing teams and enabling ways of working that support speed, quality, and continuous improvement.

Role and Responsibilities

1. The SAP BASIS and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing SAP technical operations, infrastructure services, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), system availability, performance, security, roles and authorizations, and operational support across development, test, and production environments.
2. The role ensures that SAP systems and supporting infrastructure are stable, secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
3. Scope of Responsibilities
4. SAP BASIS Management: Manage and support SAP landscapes, including development, quality assurance, and production systems.
5. Oversee SAP installations, upgrades, patches, kernel updates, system copies, refreshes, migrations, and decommissioning.
6. Manage SAP transports across system landscapes in accordance with change-management procedures.
7. Monitor SAP system health, availability, performance, and capacity.
8. Manage background jobs, interfaces, RFC connections, printers, certificates, and technical configurations.
9. Coordinate support packs, enhancement packages, SAP Notes, technical upgrades, and remediation activities.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system, database, integration, and performance-related issues.
11. Ensure effective incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
12. 3. SAP Solution Manager: Manage and administer SAP Solution Manager environments and related technical components.
13. Support system monitoring, technical monitoring, application monitoring, and alert management.
14. Manage change and transport processes using SAP Solution Manager capabilities.
15. Support IT service management, incident, problem, and change-management processes.
16. Maintain system documentation, technical inventory, system relationships, and solution documentation.
17. Coordinate maintenance planner activities, upgrade planning, system validation, and technical readiness assessments.
18. Support root-cause analysis, business-process monitoring, and service-level reporting.
19. Ensure Solution Manager is integrated with the SAP landscape and relevant support processes.
20. 4. SAP BTP: Manage and support SAP Business Technology Platform services and environments.
21. Administer BTP accounts, global accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, subscriptions, and service assignments.
22. Manage BTP security, trust configuration, identity federation, destinations, certificates, and connectivity.
23. Support SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, API Management, Extension Suite, and application runtimes, where applicable.
24. Monitor BTP applications, integrations, usage, performance, availability, and service consumption.
25. Coordinate BTP provisioning, configuration, upgrades, incident resolution, and lifecycle management.
26. Ensure BTP environments comply with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and cost-management requirements.
27. Work with application and integration teams to support cloud-based extensions and interfaces.
28. 5. Infrastructure Management: Manage the infrastructure supporting SAP applications, including servers, databases, operating systems, storage, networks, and cloud platforms.
29. Ensure infrastructure availability, resilience, scalability, and performance.
30. Coordinate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.
31. Manage operating-system and database maintenance in line with SAP requirements.
32. Establish monitoring, alerting, capacity-planning, and performance-management processes.
33. Ensure appropriate backup, restore, disaster-recovery, and business-continuity arrangements.
34. Coordinate infrastructure support with internal teams, hosting providers, cloud providers, and technology partners.
35. 6. Security and Compliance: Ensure SAP, Solution Manager, BTP, and infrastructure environments comply with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
36. Support vulnerability assessments, security patching, audit activities, access reviews, and segregation-of-duties controls.
37. Coordinate remediation of security findings, SAP vulnerabilities, authorization risks, and infrastructure issues.
38. Maintain appropriate system logging, monitoring, privileged-access controls, and technical evidence.
39. Ensure compliance with change-management, access-management, and operational-control requirements.
40. 7. Service Delivery and Operations: Own the delivery of SAP BASIS, Solution Manager, BTP, roles and authorizations, and infrastructure services in line with agreed service levels.
41. Lead the resolution of critical incidents and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
42. Establish and maintain operational procedures, support models, escalation processes, and knowledge articles.
43. Review service performance, recurring issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
44. Maintain accurate technical documentation covering system architecture, integrations, dependencies, configurations, and operational procedures.
45. Coordinate production deployments, maintenance windows, cutover activities, and rollback planning.
46. 8. Project and Change Management: Provide technical leadership for projects and changes.
