Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 tenant environments.
• Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, connectors and transport rules.
• Troubleshoot M365 authentication, access, synchronization and service issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and user administration.
• Monitor M365 service health and resolve escalated incidents.

Identity & Access Management

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Manage users, groups, roles, RBAC and administrative permissions.
• Configure and troubleshoot MFA, Conditional Access and SSO.
• Support hybrid identity using Entra Connect / Azure AD Connect.
• Implement identity security and privileged access controls.
• Experience with PIM is an advantage.

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

• Manage Windows 10/11 devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Device enrollment, compliance policies and configuration profiles.
• Application deployment and endpoint configuration.
• Microsoft Autopilot administration.
• Patch management and Windows update policies.
• BitLocker, Defender and endpoint security policies.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment and compliance issues.

Microsoft Security

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Defender for Office 365.
• Endpoint security and threat protection.
• Security policies and hardening.
• DLP and information protection.
• Microsoft Purview compliance and data governance.
• Security incident investigation and remediation.
• Vulnerability and patch management.

Windows & Infrastructure

• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Windows server troubleshooting and performance management.
• File/print services and enterprise infrastructure support.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange on-premises is an advantage.
• Hybrid infrastructure administration and troubleshooting.

VMware / Virtualization

• VMware vSphere / ESXi administration.
• Virtual machine provisioning, configuration and troubleshooting.
• vCenter administration.
• VM performance and capacity monitoring.
• Virtual networking and storage fundamentals.
• Experience with Hyper-V is an advantage.
• Exposure to HCI environments is desirable.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Administration and monitoring of enterprise backup solutions.
• Backup policy configuration and troubleshooting.
• Backup failure analysis and remediation.
• Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
• DR drills, failover/failback and recovery validation.
• RPO/RTO understanding.
• Experience with enterprise backup tools such as Veeam is preferred.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure OCI

OCI must be included as a mandatory/strongly preferred skill for this requirement.

• Basic to intermediate administration of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• OCI Compute, Storage and Networking fundamentals.
• OCI Virtual Cloud Network (VCN), subnets, security lists and NSGs.
• OCI IAM and access management.
• Compute instance provisioning and troubleshooting.
• OCI monitoring and logging.
• Cloud connectivity and hybrid infrastructure support.
• Backup and DR concepts in OCI.
• Troubleshooting connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and OCI.

PowerShell & Automation

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Automate M365 and Windows administration tasks.
• Microsoft Graph / API knowledge is an advantage.
• Develop scripts for reporting, monitoring and operational automation.
