Service Line
- Lead the design and implementation of platform automation solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks for provisioning, configuration management, patching, deployment, and operational tasks.
- Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Puppet.
- Design automated controls to ensure platform security, compliance, governance, and operational consistency.
- Develop self-healing and event-driven automation for incident remediation and operational efficiency.
- Automate routine platform administration and system maintenance activities.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
- Manage workflow and orchestration platforms such as Ansible Automation Platform, Rundeck, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated response mechanisms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and SRE teams.
- Establish automation standards, coding guidelines, and governance models.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive automation solutions.
- Lead platform modernization and operational transformation projects.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on automation best practices.
