We are looking for experienced Platform Analysts to join our ITOM team, working remotely on global projects. The role requires strong ServiceNow administration knowledge, particularly in ITOM modules, without deep coding expertise.
Responsibilities
- Act as ServiceNow Administrator for ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping)
- Support platform operations including maintenance, upgrades, and basic configurations
- Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and support ITOM initiatives
- Maintain CMDB data integrity and accuracy
- Assist in platform health monitoring and optimization activities
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping)
- Strong ServiceNow administration knowledge
- Experience with international projects
- Familiarity with platform configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes (preferred)
- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules or integrations (preferred)
- ServiceNow certifications (Admin or ITOM-related) a plus
