Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the iron & steel industry.
• Oversee transportation management for plant employees and coordinate logistics as needed.
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership on personnel matters.

Job Requirements :

• 15-22 years of experience in an HR role within the iron & steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements in India's manufacturing sector.
• Proven expertise in human resource administration, including time office management and IR issues.
