Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor, CIPET, GTTC,

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate shift schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements to minimize delays and optimize productivity.
• Implement kaizen initiatives to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Monitor OEE calculations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in plastic injection molding industry with a focus on supervision or management role.
• Strong understanding of daily production planning, shift planning, manpower handling, kaizen implementation, OEE calculation principles.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., MIS reports) to inform decision-making processes.
