Plant Supervisor

• Daily operations in chemical plant,solvent recovery, batch charging, process handling.
• Supervise and coordinate plant operations to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards.
• Manage and train plant staff to achieve optimal performance and productivity.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Monitor and control plant expenses to stay within budget and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualification - B.E, Diploma, M.Sc., B.Sc. (Chemistry)
