Plant Quality Incharge at Fenesta Building Systems plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Responsible for strategic quality management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance, the role aims to maintain customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Quality Strategy Development: Develop and execute a strategic quality assurance plan aligned with overall business objectives and industry standards
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive strategic initiatives to enhance quality control processes and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the plant.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations, contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain external orientation by ensuring compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the plant quality team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of plant personnel in quality control processes

• Quality Management Systems (QMS): Proficiency in implementing and managing QMS to ensure adherence to quality standards and certifications.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC): Knowledge of SPC methodologies to monitor and control production processes for quality improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis: Ability to conduct effective root cause analyses to identify and address the underlying causes of quality issues.
• Auditing Skills: Experience in conducting internal and external audits to evaluate and improve quality control processes.
