Plant Quality Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and implement Quality Management System (QMS) in the plant.
• Conduct FMEA, APQP, PPAP, COPQ, MSA, SPC, IATF audits to maintain high-quality products.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities through 8D process to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute quality plans.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of QMS principles and practices such as ISO 9001:2015.
• Experience with auditing processes including FMEA, APQP, PPAP, COPQ, MSA, SPC.
