Plant Production & Quality Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and dispatch teams for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain production and quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify process deviations and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
• Assist in minimizing production losses and improving operational efficiency.
• Support inventory monitoring of raw materials and finished good.
