Plant Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations to ensure efficient production of chemicals.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on distillation columns, reactors, and other equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with AOCp systems and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Collaborate with team members to optimize process conditions for optimal product quality and yield.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or ITI certification required; relevant training preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of AOCp, distillation, and chemical production processes.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
