Job Summary
Position: Plant Operator.
Location: Uppugal - Warangal.
Experience: 7-10 Years.
Industries: Oil.
Responsibilities - Monitor processes and ensure production and products in compliance to set standards and specification
- Responsible for productivity of SEP Plant and ensure the set targets are met
- Ensure measures such as preventive and predictive maintenance, lubrication is done as per schedules to avoid trouble
- Maintain various records and reports in plant logbook
- Make regular checks of plant equipment and adjust, repairs for trouble shootings
- Ensure to maintain site tidiness and general good housekeeping throughout the SEP plant
- Report to the shift in charge
- Responsible for control and reduction of downtime in shift
- Responsible for cost effective and timely implementation of the repair program, as well as the preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company safety and other work-related policies
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
- Ability to read, written orders, control gauges, manufacturer's operating instructions, and record plant information
- Able to give remote support in case of urgency
