About Company -

Hyderabad plant manufactures precision die-cast motor rotors for leading fan and motor OEMs, including Orient and Crompton. Operations span HPDC and centrifugal die-casting, stamping, rotor pressing, trimming, CNC turning, and drilling & tapping.

Note - Looking candidate who are having experience in Plant operations or Quality and will able to handle plant Head responsibility.

Interview will be face to face only in Noida or Bangalore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & delivery

Lead production, PPC, maintenance, engineering, quality, stores, dispatch and plant administration.

Ramp up HPDC, centrifugal casting, stamping, pressing, trimming and machining lines to schedule; secure raw material and stampings on time.

Own customer delivery schedules and technical query resolution for every account.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy or Production);

MBA/management qualification a plus.

• 7+ years in manufacturing, including experience leading a

plant, unit or major production function.

• Background in die-casting (aluminium HPDC preferred),

motors/rotors, electrical, consumer durables, automotive,

sheet-metal or related components.

• Proven record of scaling operations, improving EBITDA and

cutting cost; strong grasp of plant P&L and capacity planning.

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, Lean, TPM;

hands-on, data-driven, decisive and people-oriented.

• Comfort leading a multilingual shop floor (Telugu / Hindi /

English).

What success looks like in 12 months: every customer at 90% on-time delivery, a funded capacity plan for 200 Cr, a visible EBITDA improvement trend, and a daily management system that runs without the Plant Head in the room.
