Working Days: MondaySaturday | Alternate Saturday Off

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations and statutory compliance.
• Handle occupational injuries, illnesses, first aid and medical emergencies.
• Implement health surveillance, screening and industrial health programs.
• Maintain medical records, statutory registers and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with EHS/Safety teams on health-risk assessments and preventive actions.
• Conduct employee wellness, health awareness and preventive-care programs.

Eligibility

• MBBS completed from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical registration as applicable.
• Experience in plant/OHC/occupational health will be preferred.
• Knowledge of the Factories Act and occupational health compliance is an advantage.
