Plant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end plant operations, production planning, quality control, safety and dispatch.
• Handle CNC press bending, laser/plasma cutting, power press, roll forming, welding and sheet metal fabrication.
• Implement SOPs, production reports, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor production targets, machine utilization, material wastage and operational costs.
• Ensure statutory compliance, ISO standards and on-time delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in light engineering, sheet metal or structural steel fabrication.
• Minimum 5 years in a plant leadership role.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP/SAP, Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen.
• Excellent team management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry Experience: PEB, greenhouse structures, tube manufacturing or industrial fabrication.
