Plant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Biotechnology, Environmental, Production, or related disciplines.
• 5-6 years of experience in plant operations, production, manufacturing, industrial administration, or plant coordination.
• Mandatory knowledge of Pollution Control Board (PCB) norms, environmental regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in coordinating manpower, maintenance activities, materials, and operational requirements.
• Ability to monitor plant performance, maintain documentation, and ensure timely execution of management directives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Experience in handling audits, inspections, compliance reporting, and safety practices is preferred.
• Candidates from Biotechnology, Waste Management, Water Treatment (ETP/STP/WTP), Manufacturing, or Industrial Plants will be given preference.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Nellore/Naidupeta.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Plant Operations professional with 5-6 years of experience in managing and coordinating plant activities within manufacturing, biotechnology, waste management, water treatment, or similar industrial environments.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in ensuring smooth plant operations while maintaining compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
