Plant Manager - Plant Operations | Sanand (Ahmedabad)

Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to oversee factory operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing factory operations, improving processes, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee factory operations, production processes, and quality control
• Lead teams to achieve operational and business objectives
• Foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Manage HR, admin, finance, production planning, and stores
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Drive sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Manage plant operations, including welding, steel fabrication, and powder coating

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in factory operations and business development in a steel fabrication factory
• Should have prior experience in managing a workforce of at least 200 employees in a plant environment
• Should have prior experience in a manufacturing unit, plant, or steel fabrication company
• Should have experience in welding, steel fabrication, powder coating, etc.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role
• Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or steel fabrication
• Strong knowledge of welding, steel fabrication, and powder coating. etc.
• Experience in managing plant operations, HR, and admin functions
