Plant Manager/ Incharge (Commercial Experience)

Plant operations

• Batching: Accurately measure and combine cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures according to the specific mix design.
• Quality control: Perform rigorous testing to guarantee the concrete meets durability, strength, and permeability standards.
• Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on all plant machinery and equipment.
• Inventory management: Monitor and manage the stock of raw materials like cement, sand, and aggregates.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure the plant and its operations comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

Truck operations and delivery

• Pre-trip inspection: Inspect the truck before each trip to ensure it is safe for operation.
• Loading: Ensure the correct mix and quantity of concrete is loaded according to customer orders.
• Adjustment: Adjust the slump of the concrete as needed to meet customer specifications.
• Delivery: Drive the truck to construction sites and deliver the concrete promptly and efficiently.
• Placement assistance: Assist with pouring, spreading, and setting the concrete on the job site, and ensure all chutes are properly assembled.
• Post-delivery: Clean the truck after each delivery to prevent residue buildup.

Management and technical roles

• Production planning: Schedule and plan daily production based on customer and project requirements.
• Team supervision: Supervise and train plant staff, operators, and drivers.
• Sales and logistics: Coordinate with sales teams, project engineers, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
• Technical consulting: Advise on mix designs, quality management, and operational efficiency to control costs and meet project specifications. Role & responsibilities
