Plant Manager For Kachhchh Gujarat

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring 20+ years of proven expertise in the chemical industry with strong command over chemical, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation parameters. This role demands leadership in day-to-day plant operations as well as execution of new project work currently being commenced.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor and optimize chemical, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation processes to achieve production targets.
• Drive project execution for upcoming expansions and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and ensure the effective functioning of HR, Purchase, Accounts and Dispatch departments while maintaining their smooth coordination with the Head Office in New Delhi. Uphold compliance, seamless workflow and timely support for organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, budgeting and resource allocation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 15-20 years in chemical industry with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Age: Preferably between 4048 years (not exceeding 50).
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, project management and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in plant operations including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, reaction kettles, condensers and pH equipment.
