Plant Maintenance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the maintenance of press tools, jigs, fixtures, dies, and other equipment in the press shop to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Oversee the repair and replacement of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, power presses, and other machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in automobile industry with expertise in press tool maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic system, power press operation & maintenance.
• Proficiency in working with jigs, fixtures, dies & press tools; ability to design/fabricate new ones as needed.
