Mechanical
Maintenance

• Plan and execute
  preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.



• Ensure smooth
  operation of plant machinery with minimum downtime.



• Troubleshoot and
  resolve mechanical failures in a timely manner.



• Monitor
  equipment performance and implement corrective actions.



• Maintain
  critical spares inventory and optimize maintenance costs.

Reliability
Improvement

• Conduct root
  cause analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns and implement corrective
  actions.



• Drive continuous
  improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and productivity.
  



• Support TPM,
  Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.



• Identify
  opportunities for energy conservation and cost reduction.

Planning
Execution

• Prepare annual
  maintenance plans and shutdown schedules.



• Coordinate with
  production teams to minimize maintenance-related disruptions.



• Monitor
  maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and maintenance cost.

Safety
Compliance

• Ensure adherence
  to EHS standards and statutory requirements.



• Conduct safety
  inspections and risk assessments for maintenance activities.



• Implement LOTO
  and safe work practices during maintenance activities.

Team
Management

• Lead and guide
  maintenance technicians and contractors.



• Allocate jobs,
  monitor execution, and ensure timely completion.



• Develop team
  capabilities through training and skill enhancement programs.

Documentation
Reporting

• Maintain
  maintenance records, equipment history cards, and SOPs.



• Prepare daily,
  weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
