Position: HR Manager / Plant HR

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Plant HR professional who can independently manage the complete HR function of the manufacturing plant, including employees, workers and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complete HR operations of the plant independently.
* Handle recruitment, manpower planning and interviews for workers, staff, engineers and other positions.
* Manage employee/worker grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
* Handle attendance, leave, shifts, overtime and payroll-related activities.
* Manage contract labour and coordinate with manpower agencies.
* Ensure statutory and labour law compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, etc.
* Maintain employee records, HR MIS and HR documentation.
* Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Finance and other departments for manpower requirements.
* Maintain discipline and positive employee relations across the plant.
* Support management in all HR-related matters and ensure smooth plant operations.

Candidate Requirements:
* Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in Plant HR / Manufacturing HR preferred.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labour laws and statutory compliance.
* Good communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
* Should be capable of independently handling the complete plant HR function.
