Plant Human Resource Lead

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruitment & Joining formalities of staff as per Policy & ensure their Antecedent Verification.
2. Ensure adherence of Company Policy and Guidelines.
3. Induction plan of new joiners.
4. Training of staff as per plan and its evaluation.
5. Overall co-coordinating staff / workers increment activities
6. Ensure timely MIS on manpower.
7. Ensure adherence of all laid down IMS systems, QMS, TPM, ZDI Initiatives.
8. PMS of staff & Associate.
9. Preparation of Annual Training plan for all employees.
10. Responsible for EHS (Environment Health Safety) systems, Basic Hygiene.
11. Organize various employee engagement activities, health camps for employees and society.
12. Responsible for CSR, ESG & Branding Activities.
13. Grievance handling through Women’s Committee, IC
14. Any other task assigned from time to time.

AUTHORITIES :

1. Adherence to Personal Cost as per policy and budget plan.
2. To issue the service / any letter to workmen.
3. Employee Grievance Handling.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To discharge above indicated duties and responsibilities as delegated by the HOD.
