Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with factory acts and labor laws.
  
• Oversee industrial relations, maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  
• Ensure adherence to plant HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (HR, Admin, Production) for smooth operations.
  
• Provide support on statutory matters related to labour welfare.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization; relevant certifications preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of Factory Acts, Labour Laws, Contract Labour Management, and Statutory Compliances.
