Designation - Plant HR

Qualification Graduate / Post-Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

Experience Required 36 Years of Experience in Plant HR, Factory HR, or Manufacturing HR Operations.

Knowledge & Expertise

Experience in handling HR operations within a manufacturing or factory environment.

Sound knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and factory-related regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and employee relations skills.

Experience in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.

Ability to coordinate effectively with production, maintenance, stores, and other plant departments. Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and employee record management.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Ability to manage and engage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in a manufacturing plant or factory environment.

Strong understanding of workforce management and employee relations.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, organized, and capable of handling plant HR operations.
