Plant HR Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

Attendance & Timekeeping

1. Maintain attendance of employees, contract workers and trainees. 
2. Monitor punch, shifts, late coming, absenteeism.
3. Manage ID cards, gate passes, visitors and vehicle logs.
4. Operate biometric/RFID, punch corrections and records.

Shift & Roster Management

1. Prepare shift rosters and weekly offs.
2. Coordinate manpower deployment.
3. Ensure statutory working-hour compliance.

Leave Management

1. Process CL/SL/EL/Comp-off.
2. Maintain leave balances and approvals.

Payroll Inputs & Data

1. Submit attendance, leave, allowances and deductions.
2. Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs.

Contract Labour

1. Maintain contractor attendance.
2. Coordinate CLRA compliance and wage verification.

Statutory Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with Factories Act & Labour Laws.
2. Maintain statutory registers and records.

General Administration

1. Administrative documentation. Coordination with departments.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in HR & IR roles in the manufacturing industry.
• Responsible for Recruitment, Time Office, Payroll inputs and Plant Administration activities at Plant level.
• Strong knowledge of bonus act, challan, contract labour laws (Factory Act), ESIC Act, Gratuity Act, Labour Laws (PF Act).
• Proficiency in time office operations and leave management systems.
