Plant HR at Pune (Phulgaon)

Primary Role:

Overall responsibility General Administration and Facility Management, Labour Compliance, Public Relations & CSR, Safety, Industrial Relations and Human Resource Development at plant level

Responsibilities:

General Administration - Responsible for overall Contract Labour Management, General Administration, Facilities Management, Security Management, Transport & Travel Management, Canteen & Cafeteria Management, Hotel/ Guest house booking, and CSR & maintaining harmonious relations with local and influential people.

Labour Compliance - Responsible for overall labour compliance under various applicable labour laws, Implement and ensure legal compliances from time to time under various labour laws to protect the interest of organisation and to avoid any litigations and non-compliances

Industrial Relations - Implement the organisation's employee relations strategy to maintain harmonious employee relations to support business and minimise the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labour disputes on business. Monitor attendance and Leave Management, Payroll processing, employee health, safety and wellness

Human Resource Development - Responsible for recruitment; training; compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organisational development; human resource information systems & HR technology at plant level.

Desired Qualification :

Post graduate qualification in HR (MLS, MBA-HR, MSW, MPM)

Additional Qualification :

PG in Labour Laws, PG in Training & Development, LL. B

Desired Experience Level (in years)

6 - 12 years of experience in General Administration, Labour Compliance & IR preferably in automotive, engineering manufacturing company.
