Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations at the plant.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs and HR MIS.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and engagement activities.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
• Drive performance management, training and employee development.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
• Partner with Plant Management on HR policies and workforce-related matters.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent.
• 810 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR Operations, Employee Relations & Labour Compliance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
