Plant - Health, Safety & Environment Head (HSE)

How will you contribute:

• Occupational Health: Safeguarding our employees against long term health issues at workplace.
• Personal Safety: providing safe working tools and standards that promote the safety of every individual.
• Process Safety: Improving the design, implementation, management, and control of any identified hazardous process within our operations.
• Vehicle Safety: improving driver safety and vehicle related activities in our functions and operations.

What will you do:

The HSE site leads role therefor requires developing an overall HSE strategy for the site and at the same time lead and provide expertise in the HSE function, managing key KPIs and deliverables at an internal manufacturing site to foster world-class performance and a strong safety culture.

This role involves developing systems and skills for implementing HSE strategies, ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy work environment within the manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to Mondelez's global HSE management systems through the creation and execution of strategic initiatives, plans, and gap assessments.
