Plant Head

Develop and implement effective strategies to streamline and improve overall plant operations. Oversee the receiving, segregation, storage, and handling of input materials. Manage inventory levels and ensure optimum utilization of raw materials and resources. Plan and monitor production activities to achieve operational and business targets. Manage manpower, including shop-floor employees and contract labour, to ensure smooth plant operations. Ensure efficient utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment. Oversee dispatch of finished products while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor production costs and support budgeting and cost-control initiatives. Ensure adherence to operational processes, quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies. Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and dispatch operations.
