Plant Head,

Role & responsibilities

• Manage injection moulding processes, machine settings, mould maintenance, repair and rejection control.
• Handle production planning, assembly lines, productivity, quality and dispatch.
• Manage material planning, BOM, inventory, scrap reduction and product costing.
• Prepare costing sheets, Excel-based MIS reports and production dashboards.
• Lead 150 - 200 employees and drive safety, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory experience in a manufacturing company producing at least one of the following: Washing Machines, Air Coolers, LED TVs or other Home Appliances.
• 10 - 18 years of manufacturing experience, including 4 - 5 years as Plant Head / Production Head / Works Manager.
• Hands-on injection moulding and mould repair experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing 150+ workforce.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, quality and advanced Excel.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Plastics, Production or Electrical Engineering; CIPET preferred.

Note: Candidates without manufacturing experience in washing machines, air coolers, LED TVs or other home appliances will not be considered.
