Plant Head

• We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Plant Head to lead our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing plant operations, including automobile sealants, adhesives, OEM, and paint shop.

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize plant performance.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plant Head or similar role in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of automobile sealants, adhesives, OEM, and paint shop operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
