Plant Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient production of high-quality tiles.
• Manage a team of supervisors and workers to achieve production targets and improve productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 15-28 years of experience in the tiles industry, preferably in plant operations or a management role.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, including manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols in the tiles industry.
• Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving operational efficiency.
