Plant Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the overall operations of the beverage manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Manage a team of factory managers, supervisors, and workers to achieve production targets and maintain high standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and environmental laws.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in beverage manufacturing or related industry as a Production Head, Plant Head or Factory Manager.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial plants with multiple shifts.
• Strong understanding of Beverage or  water treatment production.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams for improved performance.
