Plant Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in beverage manufacturing, Tetra Pak , PET or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of factory head/plant head/plant manager roles in a food processing environment.
