Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall plant operations and manufacturing activities.
• Achieve production targets with optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
• Handle Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Dispatch functions.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
• Manage and develop plant teams while maintaining healthy industrial relations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth plant operations.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with exposure to handling a plant independently.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Experience in Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Operational Excellence.
