Plant Head (SS fabrication)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the production process to ensure efficient fabrication and manufacturing of stainless steel products.
• Implement NDT inspection techniques to maintain high-quality standards.
• Manage plant operations, including maintenance, repair, and upgrade of equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to stainless steel production.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize plant performance.

Job Requirements :

• Experience working with stainless steel, fabrication, and NDT inspection is desirable.
• Knowledge of NDT techniques and their application in manufacturing is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively are required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology is beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
