Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage plant operations, ensuring efficient production management, shop floor control, factory operations, manufacturing operations, and quality control.
  
• Oversee labor management and manpower planning to optimize productivity improvement initiatives.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for product development, new product introduction (NPI), process improvements, and cost reduction measures.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective communication and leadership skills.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution in any specialization.
  
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve operational excellence goals.
  
• 20-30 years of experience in PVC Pipe and HDPE Pipe extrusion as well as Injection Moulding of pipe fittings
