About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall handling of Machine Shop production activities
- Production planning, manpower handling, productivity improvement, and shop-floor management
- Coordination with quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams
- Monitoring production targets, rejection control, and process improvements
- Implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety practices
- Exposure to Welding Shop operations will be an added advantage
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in Machine Shop production in engineering/automotive/forging industry
- Leadership experience in handling teams and achieving production targets
- Good knowledge of CNC/VMC machine shop operations
- Candidate should preferably be from Tamil Nadu or currently working in South India manufacturing setup
