Role & responsibilities

* Experience in large-scale *EV / BESS manufacturing setup & ramp-up*

* Strong exposure to *MWh/GWh-level production & containerized BESS*

* Expertise in plant setup, commissioning, automation & manufacturing operations

* Experience in *MES, OEE, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S & continuous improvement*

* Strong knowledge of *Quality, EHS, compliance & battery manufacturing standards*

* Proven experience in leading large teams and cross-functional operations

* BE/B.Tech Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or related
