Role & responsibilities

The Plant Head will be responsible for leading and managing the overall plant operations for a ground spices and condiments manufacturing facility. The role includes end-to-end responsibility for production, quality, maintenance, supply chain coordination, cost optimization, safety compliance, manpower management, and achieving operational excellence while ensuring productivity and profitability targets are met.

Lead complete plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, engineering, warehouse, dispatch, and utility functions.
Develop and execute production plans to achieve output targets while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure efficient processing and manufacturing of ground spices and condiment products in compliance with food safety requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

15to22 years of experience in ground spices, condiments manufacturing operations./ grinding operations/
Minimum 58 years in a leadership role managing manufacturing plants.
Strong experience in spices, condiments, food processing, FMCG, seasoning, or related manufacturing industries preferred.
