Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the overall operations of the stamping plant, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve production targets and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize plant performance.

Job Requirements :

• 10-25 years of experience in metal forming industry with expertise in roll forming, press machines, stamping processes.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles applied to manufacturing systems.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects involving complex equipment installations.
