Plant Head and Production Manager

1. Plant Head - Atta & Maida Plant Key Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for end-to-end plant operations.
• Manage wheat procurement coordination, cleaning, milling, processing, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure achievement of production, yield, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor wheat recovery, flour extraction, bran recovery, wastage, and process losses.
• Lead production, maintenance, quality, laboratory, packing, and plant support teams.
• Develop production plans based on demand and inventory.
• Monitor plant machinery performance, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Control operating costs and improve plant productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, finance, and senior management.
• Establish and implement SOPs for plant operations.
• Prepare regular production, efficiency, cost, and operational MIS for management.

Preferred Profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong experience in wheat/flour milling or food-processing plants.
• Experience managing a complete flour mill/atta-maida plant will be highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Indicative Annual CTC Plant Head - 1012 Lakh

2. Production Manager Atta & Maida Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly production.
• Manage wheat cleaning, conditioning/tempering, milling, sifting, blending, and flour processing operations.
• Ensure production targets and required flour specifications are achieved.
• Monitor extraction rates, yield, wastage, and process efficiency.
• Manage manpower and shift operations.
• Coordinate with the Miller, maintenance, laboratory, and packing teams.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily/monthly production reports.
• Ensure adherence to plant SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Preferred Profile

• 48 years of experience in flour milling/food processing preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Atta, Maida, Suji/Rava and Bran production will be an advantage.
• Indicative Annual CTC Plant Head 710 Lakh
